Hi, so it's really urgent! So our synchro with the Bookings and the Calendars aren't working anymore! We can't figure out why and we don't know what the problem is. Please take a look as quickly as possible because the client is getting multiple bookings a day. Thanks!
Thanks! So the issue is, that the booked lessons are not synchronizing with the calendar and as a result not blocking the timeframe. So a customer can book for example the 6.7 at 10am and so can another one cause it's not blocked in the frontend and it's not showing up at the calendar of the coach either.
Events from Google Calendar will not be displayed in Amelia but busy events from Google Calendar will block time slots in Amelia. For that purpose, please make sure that the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page. Also, you can increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option as well.
This happens only if you copied the wrong credentials from Azure into Amelia.
1. Go to Amelia Settings/Integrations/Outlook Calendar, and verify that the Redirect URI is this: https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/ (please note that you have to replace "yourwebsite.com" with your actual website's URL, and make sure to close "wp-admin" with /)
2. Access Azure, go to "Azure Active Directory/App Registrations", and delete the existing App Registration.
3. Click on "New Registration". In the “Who can use this application or access this API?” check the option “Accounts in any organizational directory (Any Azure AD directory – Multitenant) and personal Microsoft accounts (e.g. Skype, Xbox)”
5. Copy the "Application (client) ID" and paste it into Amelia Settings/Integrations/Outlook Calendar:
6. On the left-hand side menu, access "Certificates & Secrets” and click on the “New Client Secret”
7. When you add the description ("Amelia" for example), select the expiration to be the longest possible choice (I believe 24 months is currently the longest option), and click on "Add".
8. Copy the "Value" field:
And paste it into Amelia Settings/Integrations/Outlook Calendar:
That should be it. Go to Amelia/Employees, and if the employee is still connected to the non-existing calendar, click on "Sign out of Outlook", delete all cache from your website, and then try again.
Hi, it's really urgent the client needs to get back online today! So could you at least write if it works for you that way or anything that helps us fix this problem?
So our Certificate with Outlook expired and we made a new one, but it doesn't update the new calendar and there isn't even the Outlook Synch possibility (screenshot). So my question is do I have to delete every employee and make new ones? Or is there in any way a better faster solution?

We have Outlook but all of this is enabled in the settings already and as I said it doesn't work properly

And also outlook has only the option for 24months that means in 2 years we will have the same problem and that's not good. https://devblogs.microsoft.com/microsoft365dev/client-secret-expiration-now-limited-to-a-maximum-of-two-years/ Is there a way that it doesn't delete the connection to outlook so we don't have to do it all over again? The only way to prolong the 24 months is with PowerShell https://o365info.com/create-unlimited-client-secret/ do you have experience with that?
Thanks!
Hello Sebastian,
Thank you for the update on this.
Can you please test it out now and let me know if it works or not?
Looking forward to your reply.
