Hi, I need a booking system for my gym but I don't know if amelia can do it for me because I have special needs.
Basically I offer 3 packages at 3 different prices, each user can choose to purchase a package that includes a limited number of entries per month and each package must not allow booking in the time slots provided for the other packages. Furthermore, the reservation must be possible only for registered users.
    For example:
A user comes to the gym and signs a contract for package A which includes 8 entries per month, I provide him with the access credentials and he can independently choose the days and times he prefers but, in the calendar, only the days and timetables made available for package A.

    Is this possibile with amelia?

    Hello Giulio,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

In general yes this is possible. Service work hours depend on employee work hours. The only thing that Amelia do not have is membership feature. So this "Furthermore, the reservation must be possible only for registered users" is not possible at this time.

You can buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period of time, you test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.

We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,

Hi Marko, I have bought a license for try if amelia is right for my needs and I want to ask you a question.

I have created a package where clients can freely book 12 appointments in total. I would like the customer to be able to choose which days to book his appointments only in the 30 days following the purchase of the package.

For example: if the user Toby purchases a package on July 1st, in the calendar he must be able to book until July 30th, therefore he must see the following months blocked. I can't find an option to do this, could you tell me if it's possible?

    Hello Giulio,

If you have bought our license please reach out to us in the Amelia category, this s pre-purchase category for informational questions.

As for your question yes, this is possible to achieve in one way.

The duration you set is for the package while the appointments within a package are defined by the "Period available for booking" in Amelia's General Settings or individual settings of a service.

So, if you sell a package with 10 appointments, and set the duration of the package to be 1 year, your customers will have 1 year to book those 10 appointments.

However, the appointments within a package can be booked as far ahead as you configured the "Period available for booking in advance" in Amelia's General Settings, or individual service setting.

For example, if this is set to 30 days, at the time when an appointment is being booked, the customers will be able to choose the dates 30 days from TODAY. Defining the duration of the package doesn't define the availability of appointments.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind Regards,
