A college added some Events while I was working on some backend settings and the events show up correctly in the calendar but the backend event manager doesn't pick them up even when switching around with the dates comes out nothing. Is there a way to access them again or delete them manually?
We had a small breakthrough with some trial and error, the event can show up on the backend but only if you chose the exact second day of the three-day event as a perimeter after that you can expand the frame of time again and it's still visible. My guess would be that something blocks the system from searching freely for events and after looking up the error log there is something going wrong.
Amelia is the only plugin interacting with events and courses so it should be coming from there any idea how I could fix that ? I can also post More of the log but it's pretty much all Connection refused
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I ended up deleting the faulty entries manually from the database because my client was annoyed about it the newly created show up so it should work enough to use it now . Should I make a separate ticket for the faulty php or can you handle that in the same ticket?
We will send this to appropriate sector so that my colleagues can take a look. Can you please in the meantime confirm to us that everything is working fine? And that you do not have any issue.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that this is the issue with not having enough memory.
When you have this fatal error:
1927 [Fri Jun 23 11:07:29.599949 2023] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 2499875:tid 139810706482944] [client 84.144.74.91:42496] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 81920 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/pretorians.lu/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/composer/ClassLoader.php on line 364', referer: https://pretorians.lu/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack
Is because you do not have enough of memory on the site. Amelia tried to allocate some small part of memory that you can see in the screenshots and it failed because of this. Please contact the hosting to increase your memory limit to at least 512MB or more. And after that, all should be fine.
Thanks but the missing allocations was something which I triggered by accident myself in generally Amelia gets enough memory.
The problem I'm more concerned about is the connection refused which triggers pretty much every time I interact with the website it must come from Amelia because no other plugin installed uses keywords like events
In the console you can see what is causing the error. You have only 134 MB on the site, this is quite low. Amelia tried to allocate 0.08192 MB and it could not a the critical error occurred. Please contact the hosting to increase your memory limit to at least 512MB or more. And after that, all should be fine.

Hello Tom,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
If you are an admin can you please check if you can see those events on the back end? This could be a conflict of roles.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello Tom,
We went on your site and on the back and on the front we can all events
So as far as we can see there is no issue. Of course we had to choose the date range in calendar to be able to see the event
But once we choose the time range everything is show to us and it is working.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.

I updated the memory limit to 512 MB but the error still pops up. I know about the fatal error but I'm speaking about the multiple

errors which shouldn't be influenced by the memory limit
Hello Tom,
Not each error is connected to Amelia.
In your error log we have found errors that were tied to Amelia and those were fixed.
Also on the link that you have sent us we get this notice
Also when we inspect your pages where Amelia is placed everything is looking good and there are no errors on that page
So as far as we can see everything is with Amelia and there are no issues.
We wish you all the best.
