I have a problem, when the payment of the deposit is made via woocommerce or paypal, once it is done, no page appears (nor the one configured in Amélia with the "congratulations on your reservation" etc.. . nor the page that I created which is supposed to open as soon as the order is confirmed /. so my customers end up with nothing and are not sure of having validated the reservation. How to do it please
Customers must click on finish once the book so that they can be transferred to custom page of your choice that you have set in general section in this option Redirect URL After Booking:
As for WooCoommerce in payments settings you have this option
so make sure that both of these a re set and that customers click on finish once they book. You can test this from the incognito window.
Actually, we do not need that yet since you are using a really old version of Amelia.
You are using the old version of Amelia 5.1
We now have a new version of Amelia which is 6.3.1. When the plugin is not up to date it can have all sorts of issues you need to update to the latest version of the plugin so that we can try to help you.
When it comes to the old version of the plugin, we can not know exactly what the issue is because it is already an outdated version that is not maintained.
Please update to the latest version and let us know has that resolved the issue.
You can download Amelia from your profile in our store.
We are sending you a short instruction on how to update Amelia to the latest version.
Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled.
Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.
When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
