Hi there, I am building a listing page using wpDataTables plugin. I have created a View in MySql Database and used Sql Query in the Data source of the plugin. The Table is displaying fine on the front end and filter function on most of the Columns is working fine. But there are 2 columns on which the filters are not working. When I enter value in the filter text box for those columns the table show “No matching records found” Despite the values are there.
Please guide me how to resolve this issue. Or point me to the right direction.
We can see you are using the premium version of wpDataTables, since you are able to make SQL Tables,
but you did not confirm your Purchase Code on this ticket.
Can you please confirm your Purchase Code?
But if you do so, please mark the reply as PRIVATE, as we don't wish anyone to see the sensitive data.

Can we check the back-end of this table?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
And if you can point us to the table ID,
and let me know the names of two columns with filtering issues?
