I think I found the bug. I get the 500 error when I try to book a package after someone else already book a single service of the package. It doesn't matter if all of the services in the package are separately booked or just one of the services.
If I am the first one to book a package on a particularly day I can make a booking and the booking is shown in the appointments tab. But if someone else make a booking a single service of the package, the booking is successful but the admin cannot open the appointment tab to see all of the attendees. And if I try to delete that group of appointments I get an error failed to delete the appointment, but they are deleted.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

The second part I make first a package booking and after that a single service booking. Both bookings are placed, but the timeslot with both bookings cannot be opened.
