I'm planning to use Amelia to make marketplace type of website for workshop(lessons, teaching etc) . Does Amelia have enough functions to make it happeans and if you have similar existing websites, please share with me.
Marketplace type of website should have payment system like Stripe Connect to split admin fees and rest of money from customers pay etc.
Currently, Amelia doesn't have the multi-vendor option.
There is a possibility that it will be available in the future with the developer license. But if you buy the plugin now with the developer license you can have separate sites for different vendors, or maybe you can make a multi-site where each sub-site is for another vendor.
Thank you for your reply. I understand Amelia currently has the functions like multi-vendor option.
By the way, Im going to buy 1 life time license and try it on dev environment first and go to production environment. In this case, can I change domain that connects to my 1 domain license when I transfer Amelia from dev to production?
Amelia works well in multisite environment. If your subsites are subdomains from the main domain, then you can use Basic (1 domain) license.
If each subsite has a different domain, with our Pro licence you can use Amelia on 3 domains, or if you have more, our Developer licence allows use on an unlimited number of domains.

Hi Marko,
Thank you for your reply.
If I have dev environment in another domain, can I re-activate when I update production environment?
I'll activate Amelia on test on test.com until all sorted then would like to re-active Amelia on prod.com as live webasite.
i.e:
dev env: test.com
Prod env: prod.com
Hello Masa,
Yes, of course. You can change domains at any time. Also, can deactivate in on one domain and then just activate it on another and that is it.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
