I'm having trouble getting the google calendar 2-way sync to work. I've followed all the instructions. It seems to be working in the backend (data wise), as in, it's blocking off times to customers... but it doesn't show these appointments anywhere in Amelia's GUI's; not on the backend calendar, nor the employee panel frontend. It does update google calendar and apple calendar after making an appointment on the Amelia Step Booking panel (I synced the google calendar to the apple calendar at the request of my client).
Events from Google Calendar will not be displayed in Amelia but busy events from Google Calendar will block time slots in Amelia. For that purpose, please make sure that the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page. Also, you can increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option as well.
Yes, I have "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option enabled and "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" increased to 2500 as well. It's still not showing up on Amelia's Calendar or Employee Panel. Is it because the appointment scheduled on the iOS calendar doesn't have a customer name perhaps?

Hello Geoffrey,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
