Hello, I have purchased the premium version of wpdatatables but I can't find anywhere how to use the pricing table template example 2. Can you please help me?

Thank you for your purchase.
At this time, we don't have a tutorial on how to create this example.
Currently, we only have a tutorial for "Example 3". They're similar, though - they are Simple tables that are adjusted with custom code.
