I know that Amelia lists appointment times based on the employee working hours and service length. How can the admin book a service to start at a different time?
If employee works 9am to 5pm and services are 45 mins so appointment times are 9:00, 9:45, 10:30 etc.
You can do that but you need to set the default time slot step to be 15 or even 5 minutes in general settings and also you need to turn off the option Use service duration for booking a time slot.
This should help.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
You are most welcome, and we are glad if we were able to help you. If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
