I've attached a screenshot of a package where there were only 4 slots in total. How was it possible to book a 5th one? My team is also confused about it. Need to know how was this possible

I'm not sure how this happened.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
In order to troubleshoot issues like this, we'll also need FTP and database access credentials, so we can inspect and see what happened here.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I won't close the ticket, but it will close after 7 days of no response. I surely hope our developers will be able to figure out what's causing this before that, but I can't promise anything.
