    Our Amelia Plugin does not work with Woocommerce and/or germanized for woocommerce. When whe updated the germanized for Woocmmerce plugin our whole website was shut down. So we undid the last updates of germanized.

    After Updating Amelia the customers does not see anything in his cart after he wanted to book an event.  

    Can you help us here. Is there a possibility to get an old Amelia Version?

    Hello Robin.

    Amelia should work well with "Germanized". It doesn't work with the "German Market" plugin, but Germanized should work fine.

    We can send you the old Amelia version, but we'd like to take a look and see what's going on here.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi again Robin.

    It's a standard troubleshooting procedure to request access to a WordPress site. WordPress, as an open-source system, is quite complex to troubleshoot because there aren't two identical installations.

    As mentioned in my previous response, Amelia should work well with "Germanized", and I'm not sure why it's not working for you.

    As you can see by the time it takes me to respond to your ticket, I'm extremely busy working on the tickets, escalations, and other stuff related to the plugin, so I don't really have an interest in anyone's data.

    Moreover, with an action like that, I wouldn't only cause legal issues for TMS, but would also jeopardize my position in the company. I've been here for 5 years, so when I say your data is safe with me, it's as safe as it can be.

    If you still don't want to provide me with access, you'd need to send us the duplicated website, but that's a 50/50 chance that it will actually replicate the issue. As mentioned above - there aren't two identical installations, so the issue you're facing could be related only to your hosting provider, or your website, while the installation would work fine on our end.

    If you decide to share admin access with me, please do not forget to enable the PRIVATE response as you just did.

    I can also change the ticket to be fully private if you want, but in that case, there's no way to revert to a Public one.
