In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hey this problem is still not solved, i even deactivate all plugins and also clean all database but still have same issue and that is really irritating... its going to be happen more than 1 year but still you not able to solve problem?

Maximo spoke with us actively from mid-March until 2 weeks ago. We informed him that despite our efforts, we have not been able to find the root of this issue.
The thing that we suggested was to the Weglot translate plugin.
This seems to be happening only on your site at the moment, and we weren't able to isolate it. Have you updated Amelia to v6.3.1?

Yes i already did update plugin... and still it have problem with another language when i add translation string and after change language on frontend by wpml all trnalsted string gone..
I'm sorry to hear that, Ahsan, but as mentioned in my previous response, and the ticket Maximo opened previously, we have not been able to find the root of this issue.
We have other customers, using WPML without issues, so we're uncertain why and how this happens on your account. Another customer did switch from it to Weglot or PolyLang (I can't recall correctly).
We'll continue troubleshooting the issue, hoping to find the cause, but I can't provide you with any ETAs.
