my customers who pay with PayPal are receiving the wrong confirmation email. Instead of one with a zoom link to their meetings, they are getting the wrong one.
Have you included the Zoom link placeholder in the email template?
Is Zoom enabled in Service Settings, under Integrations?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Same with f.e. Isabell Lißek and Dagmar Doering, also yesterday. All three paid with Paypal but got the pending email without a Zoom link.
I understand the issue: the PayPal payment in Woo is pending for a very short time and then changes automatically into "in progress" at the very same minute. However, Amelia didn't get the change or send the approved email. You changed that. The question is, does the customer that paid with Paypal get both pending AND approved emails? That would not be very pleasant.
Another issue with the cron you gave us: what happened after an update? Do we have to add that line every time after an update?
It was first pending in Woo, but in the same minute, the status was changed to "in progress". But no trigger for Amelia to change the status and send the confirmation email with Zoom. See attachment.

It seems to me that the issue is solved. Customers paying with Paypal and get the confirmation email with the Zoom LInk. Thanks.

Again, one customer got the status "pending" (and no Zoom link) but has paid with PayPal. See attachment.

This is most likely because you have only the 3 default rules in Settings/Payments/WooCommerce:
You would need to add new rules. For example:
And so on.
Try to cover as many rules as possible in order to avoid these situations. Let me know if that helps.
