one more thing. Im facing the issue that already blocked events in the main calendar of the Outlook calendar is not synchronized and shown in Amelia. The end result is that overbooking can happen. Can you help me get events synchronized in Amelia too?
Events from Outlook Calendar will not be displayed in Amelia but busy events from Outlook Calendar will block time slots in Amelia. For that purpose, please make sure that the "Remove Outlook Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Outlook Calendar page. Also, you can increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option as well.

You are talking about the employees. What about the main calendar? Is this still the same? Do I don`t need a professional account in any case?

The employees are the only ones that can be connected to Google or Outlook calendars and the connection will be possible with a free Google account.
