We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I have a strange problem with the calendar. Indeed, on this page (https://www.mawaka.lu/lu/coursen-aktiviteiten/#anni), the calendar is in an incomprehensible language, instead of being in Luxembourgish like the rest of the site.
In french and english version there is absolutely no problem but in Luxembourgish, the loaded language is not the good one.
I wish you can help me with this.
Thank you
Hi, Thomas.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Milos, I found a solution for the language, but there is a problem with the month selection, that's gone....
This error appears in the console :
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'firstName')
at yk (stepForm.49b9600b.js:2393:60166)
at stepForm.49b9600b.js:2393:60075
Hello,
Can we find a solution urgently please ?
Step booking form doesn't work anymore, with still the same js error :
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'firstName')
at yk (stepForm.49b9600b.js:2393:60166)
at stepForm.49b9600b.js:2393:60075
I can't work anymore.
Thank you
Hi, Thomas.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
-
Since you have a new issue,
our policy is to keep one subject/issue per each ticket.
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
-
We have isolated the issue for your Step Form not providing any available dates.
Your Employee has "days off" / vacation set for a period that lasts more than 1 year,
and you set the period for booking in advance to a maximum of 1 year ( 365 days),
in Amelia General Settings.
-
Now, if we increase this available time for booking in advance, to 600 days - then the Form works correctly, and it starts offering the times after your employees "days off" ends.
The solution can be :
1. Either to remove these days OFF from the Employee, if you need the employee to become available for booking in the next 365 days.
2. Or increase your Period for Booking in advance, in Amelia's General settings, to allow the time slots to become available after your employees vacation.
Let me know if that makes sense, and if you have any questions.
And for the future, when you see a new issue/unrelated to the subject of this ticket, please open a separate ticket,
for the reasons explained above.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
