In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Esa opcion cuando lo activo se debe entender que debe enviar un link de pago al correo electronico? o como funciona?. Yo cobro por link de pago pero de ninguna pasarela de pagos que ustedes usan como puedo hacer?

Using the Payments From Link is pretty straight-forward. If your customers pay a deposit using one of the online payment methods, they can pay for the remainder through the email links.
Depending on the payment provider that you use, you'd use one of the available placeholders:
These can be added to both "Appointment Approved" and "Appointment Pending" email notifications, but please note that they will only be sent once unless the price changes in the meantime.
Also, if you book an appointment from the back-end, these notifications with the links included will be sent to your customers.
