    Hi guys

Just purchased your Plugin. Works very fine for me. Now I have one question... What is the exact difference of Events and Appointments? I cant create Appointments without Customers... Does that mean that if I am offering Yoga Courses and they are open for everyone then I have to create Events? This would mean that I cant offer different services? I think I just don't get it... Maybe you can help me to clarify!

    Best regards

    Hello Philipp.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Services are provided based on their availability.

The availability of services is determined by the Work Hours and Special Days of your employees. If the employees have working hours from Mon - Fri, from 09:00 - 17:00, all services the employees are assigned to will be able to provide appointments during those times, dependent on the duration of each service.

Special Days overwrite regular working hours, so if your employee is working from 09:00 - 17:00, you can create a special date for a certain date or date range, and override those hours. Please note that Special Days cannot overwrite Days Off.

They can be compared with services a business has to offer (haircut, training session, coaching session, etc) where you have available slots a customer can book.

Events are fixed. Like a conference - the conference will be held for 3 days, from Fri - Sun, and it will open at 09:00 and close at 13:00 every day. So, people can attend the conference by booking an event.

    Kind Regards,
