Yes, that is correct. One employee can not be in 2 places at ones and when he is booked on service A in one time slot he is unavailable for booking on other services in that time slot.

will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to ' [email protected]' address.
Here is an example from my "fake employees", this one i name "Nick Employee", and his duplicate i just added the name "duplicate", but they can actually have exactly the same name ( if needed).
I just add the +1 before the @ symbol.
You can also hide Employee selection, if that is needed, from Amelia Customize options,
so if you assign multiple employees to one service - the customers will just see available time slots, and Amelia assigns one random duplicate Employee to this appointment.
This would be great but it does not work with business email addresses.....
I forgot to mention that is the owner of the shop who is going to insert the appointment, is there any chance that the admin can insert double booking?

Or, if you just meant to have an additional Email which gets all the notifications,
you can use this option :
Send all notifications to additional addresses. This option allows you to set multiple additional addresses that will receive all notifications that you have enabled on the Notifications page. If, for example, you want the admin and/or manager to receive all emails about appointments, just write their email addresses here and all email notifications that will be sent to employees and customers will be sent to these email addresses as well. Once you fill in the first address press enter and the first address will be saved so you can add then the second one press enter, etc.
If there's no other employee with this email address, then look in Amelia/Customers.
There's only one database table for Amelia's Users, and two users with the same email address can't exist, so when you find the customer with this email address, delete it.
As mentioned in my previous comment, you can't have two Amelia users with the same email address. In your screenshot, you can see that there's already an employee with this email address:
If you want to create a dummy employee, you need to add +1 to the email address, like this:
All Amelia's users are saved in the database, and databases don't allow multiple users to have the same email.
The only way you can do this is through the database, so you'd need to navigate to wp_amelia_users table (please note that wp_ is the default database prefix, but on your end it could be anything, so look for your_prefix_amelia_users table). Then, go to Structure of that table, and drop the "email" index:
After that, go back to the table (click on "Browse" in top left of the screen above), and manually change the email addresses of all your "providers". You cannot do this from within Amelia, though, so if you were to add a new employee, you would need to save that employee with a dummy email address, then navigate back to wp_amelia_users and change his email in the database.

Ok there must be a language barrier here....my bad , my english is not that good...let's go with an example.
Very small car repair shop
1 employee with one email address
He can accept 4 appointments per day, because the appointment is just the delivery date&time of the car.
So he can have 4 deliveries at different times or 4 deliveries ALL at the same time.
Can I do that?
Create 4 employee does not work because I cannot use the same email.
I understand your point about double booking, but I think that is exactly what I need.....judging by docs I do not think I can do it
Hi, Angelo.
First, our apologies for the late reply.
If we understood the use-case,
and if you need the same person to be available for multiple appointments in the same time slot,
you can make duplicates of this same Employee.
He can even have the same name and same Email, we will show you a workaround.
Here is a workaround to have the same email for multiple employees.
Basically, if you use Google or Outlook for emails ,you can put the same email ,
just place " +number" before @ symbol, and you will be able to save employees,
but all emails will go to the same email address.
For example: ' [email protected]', ' [email protected]', ' [email protected] ' etc,
will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to ' [email protected]' address.
Let me know if that works for you
Thank you

Thanks for your help
Hi Miloš,
A quick follow-up.
I tried your suggestion just to be sure and, in fact, it works with Gmail but it does not work with classic business email.
I understand the needs of big business to organize employees, however many small realities would need to have one single address for notifications.
Example: 1 boss, 2 employee working in a small shop (this is a very common occurrence)
The boss wants to be the receiver of the appointment notification, not the 2 employees that are busy working.
Your competitor does that, but i would like to use Amelia, it is easier to configure
Hi, Angelo.
Sorry for the waiting time,
and i apologise but i did not fully understand what you described.
-
If i understood, the goal is for the Employees not to receive the Email notification,
but you just wish all the Email Notifications for bookings to go to the shop owner?
In this case, you can just use this duplicate employee method,
create some dummy Employees,
and assign all the employees to same Email - and set it up to the owner's Email.
Then you can hide the Employee selection from Customers on front-end,
and they will just see available time slots.
Or if the owner will book from the back-end,
he can also book any of the employees.
-
In Amelia, it is not possible for one Employee to do multiple appointments at the same time,
so double-booking like that is not possible.
You can only create duplicates of one Employee that has the same Email,
then you will have more appointments available at the same time.
-
If you have an idea how we could improve this,
please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;

-
Let me know if i misunderstood the goal.
Thank you.
