1. Can you please reach out to your Hosting Support and get a full error report from the WP DEBUG from the hosting server, then send it to us, from the time when your site crashed?

Then our developers can check this error report and we will do our best to advise where the issue comes from.

2. Additionally, if you need us to troubleshoot anything, and if activating Amelia crashes the site,

then the safest way is to make a Staging Version of this site on the same hosting server.

That is important, since in most cases like this the issue comes from something on the hosting server.

But there is a chance you might have a conflict between Amelia and another active plugin on site,

so we can try to debug this on a Staging Site.

For the Live site we suggest to deactivate Amelia while we work to isolate the issue on Staging.

Would you be able to provide us with a staging site, 

along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, 

FTP credentials ,

 and the database access ( URL with credentials for PHPMyAdmin or access to Hosting Panel), so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?
