We noticed that when we go to Services -> Packages -> Manage Packages and book an appointment from there, it doesn't send an appointment email to Employee nor there's any checkmark for it like there is for Customer.
How to send appointment email to Employee in this instance?
When you book a package for a customer, an employee is not yet assigned, so there's no one to send an email to.
As soon as a customer books an appointment or if you book an appointment for a customer, the employee assigned to the appointment will receive an email.
We did multiple tests and no employee received email for the appointment. Same thing if done from Appointments Section > + New Appointment, emails get sent to both Customers and Employees just fine. This issue is only occurring from the package's "+ New Appointment" option.
I can't replicate this issue. Here's a package booked from the back-end, with an appointment added through Services/Packages/Manage Packages/+ Book Appointment:
And the email employee received after that:
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

I wasn't able to replicate the issue on your site either:
I created a new category and a new service, a new employee, a new customer, and a new package, and then booked from the back-end, and everything was sent as it should.
To avoid confusion, I deleted everything I've created.
Due to a lot of employees, customers, services, packages, and appointments, there could be a timeout on the servers, causing the email not to be sent. The email to my employee, however, was sent a couple of seconds after I booked the appointment, and even though I wasn't able to replicate the issue, you may need to reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to increase the amount of memory you have on your server.
Today I just tried it myself. And it's working. I have no idea what happened between then and now. Maybe you guys fixed it accidentally when you had access.
