We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We have a use case where
A client - on Invoice has purchased 50 sessions for employees to use/book.
I know it is possible to LIMIT the sessions booked BY CLIENT/CUSTOMER - my question is
Is it possible to LIMIT the number of bookings by SERVICE or PACKAGE so that when we give them a specific booking link of that SERVICE or PACKAGE once the limit is reached for this (rather than by emplyee) no more slots will be available?
Hello Martin.
At the moment, you can limit the number of bookings for all customers through Settings/Roles/Customer:
When you edit a specific service, you can include a limit only for that service:
The same applies to Packages - when you edit a package, scroll all the way down and you'll be able to configure the limit per Package:
I hope that helps.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

So you cannot limit the number of appointments by package? Ie I only want to be able to offer say 20 packages to be purchased overall regardless of the number of customers purchasing?
Ideally 1 customer can purchase a specific package once but only allow for 20 of these to be purchased overall. Is that possible? ie limit at the package or service level or appointment level.
Hi again Martin.
I'm sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not yet possible.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, https://features.wpamelia.com/, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
