Is there any way to customize the form to be able to:
1) show services only, not grouped by categories. I find confusing the 2 step process
2) Don't show prices. Depending on the provider, I have different prices.

Hello Daniel.
At the moment, the only way to hide categories in the Step-by-Step booking form would be to filter the form so it only shows a specific category.
As for the prices, they can't be hidden at this time, but I'll forward it to our developers as a suggestion.
Have you tried using the Catalog Booking form?
