Hi, after the last update of AMELIA plugin we changed from jwt authentication to Server-to-Server OAuth. Previously the meet Zoom admin link also contained the pwd value which is a required field for web integration from the official ZOOM repository (https://developers.zoom.us/docs/meeting-sdk/web/client-view/meetings/) . Now with the new implementation it is no longer present and we cannot embed zoom within our application.
How can we get that information ?
Hello Salvatore.
We can see that you already have a ticket open with the same topic, so we'll post the same response there. We needed to check if there's anything in Amelia that would cause any issues with this, but the response it "no". Amelia only creates a meeting link in Zoom once an appointment is made.
After testing the integration with Server-to-Server OAuth, we haven't noticed the password is missing. Moreover, it's present in the "Join Zoom Meeting" URL. Example:
https://us05web.zoom.us/j/81800417227?pwd=ZmVOU21BR01pWldwNEl3SmsyUllyQT09
The "Start Zoom Meeting" URL doesn't contain a password because it's linked to the Zoom Account owner, but the "Join" link does include the password.
Did you maybe check out the "Join" URL? Have you reached out to Zoom about this? I took a look at their forums, and no one reported that the new Server-to-Server OAuth had no pwd value.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
