We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
When I test the submission of my registration form for an event, I do receive the "booking" email, taking my registration into account.
It's OK but the problem is that on the other hand I receive a 2nd email from Wordpress to connect to the administration of the website.
How to deactivate this 2nd Wordpress email?
Tks
To work around the problem I installed this extension: "Manage Notification E-mails".
It works.
It's a shame to have to install a plugin for this :(
Hello again Jean-Michel.
As mentioned in the previous ticket, if you enabled the "Automatically Create Amelia Customer User" in Settings/Roles/Customer, a WordPress user will automatically be created by WordPress. When this happens, WordPress sends its default user-registration email.
This is the default WordPress functionality for all new WP users, and has nothing to do with Amelia.
You should be able to disable this email with some 3rd party plugin or by simply disabling the option to automatically create WordPress users in Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I've solved this problem with the "Manage Notification E-mails" extension.
