We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi !
I'm very sorry in advance for the ticket, as I am 90% sure it is a stupid issue that is coming from me, but I can't find the answer.
I updated the Amelia Booking today, and spend the day prepping the step by step booking form 2,0.
I tried every way I know of displaying the Step-by-Step 2,0 (via block, Elementor...), but the 2,0 does not appear on my page ( https://wacked.fr/reservation/ )
I tried creating a new page and fill it, to no avail.
The 1,0 booking form works. Yet whent I try to display the 1,0 and 2,0 for testing purposes, 2,0 does not appear, and 1,0 disappears.
To be noted: Catalog booking form 2,0 works, even if 1,0 is displayed on the same page
EDIT:
- Nothing appears, even text, when the 2,0 is on the page.
- Generating a preview via the modification page show a functioning 2,0
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Victor
Hey Victor
This could actually be a conflict with something, but until I log in and take a look, I can't say for sure.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thank you Victor.
I updated Amelia with a v6.3.1 that includes some fixes, but that failed to resolve the issue.
After inspecting the console, I don't see any errors coming from our plugin. The only error I see is related to Google's reCAPTCHA:
Since you have that disabled in Amelia, I suppose it's coming from another plugin/setting on your site.
Can you please check the site key or even try disabling the reCAPTCHA for the purpose of testing the booking page? If it works with reCAPTCHA disabled, it's definitely coming from there.
Let me know how that goes, please.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
