We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I am building a website for a personal fitness trainer.
Does Amelia booking allow for multiple bookings in a particular week?
For example, I have a service called personal training. Customers should have the freedom to choose if they want to get trained more than or upto two to five days in a particular week.
Hi ,Godwin.
We do not have a solution exactly like that,
for example if you need to set up that inside a specific week, like from a particular Monday until Friday one customer would be able to book a max X number of appointments.
But we have an option to set up for each Service, to "limit appointments per customer",
this can calculate from the moment either when a customer books the first appointment or from the time when the appointment will start -
then to set a limit how many appointments that customer can book from that moment within the next 7 days.
-
By default, there are no limitations when it comes to how many appointments one customer can book in a week time span,
but our developers added this option if you need to limit appointments per customer.
You can find this in each individual Service settings.
Please check on this Documentation Page on how to configure Services.
Example:
Limiting the customer bookings as shown in the screenshot above will allow a single customer to book 2 appointments within a period of 1 day. The limitation will apply 24 hours from the time the customer booked the appointment.
-
Let us know if that makes sense.
Additionally, I just wanted to point out that we have pages with Demos, that you can use to try out the plugin's features - https://wpamelia.com/demos/
and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period, so if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out,
we would assist you with our support along the way, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
