We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I can't access support because it requires an envato connection!!
I bought it directly on your site and on Envato!
How to do ?
Hello, I was able to post tickets.
So I split my 3 points into 3 tickets.
However, I still don't have an answer :(
Hello Jean-Michel.
We've had an issue with the purchase code validation, but that's been fixed in the meantime. Sorry for the inconvenience.
1. Custom fields are included when exporting the Attendees of an event:
The company name, however, is not included in this export.
2. In Amelia's General Settings, you can choose the default country code, and you can choose if the field is going to be mandatory:
Also, there's an option to automatically detect the phone country code by the user's IP address:
Depending on the form you're using, you can access Amelia/Customize, select the form (if you're using Events you need to access the Booking Forms 1.0 and select the Events from from the dropdown) and hide the phone field:
3. If you enabled the "Automatically Create Amelia Customer User" in Settings/Roles/Customer, a WordPress user will automatically be created by WordPress. When this happens, WordPress sends its default user-registration email. You should be able to disable this email with some 3rd party plugin or by simply disabling the option to automatically create WordPress users in Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

1/ I just understood for the export of "Attendees". I exported the "Customers".
2/ Thanks for your reply.
3/ I've solved this problem with the "Manage Notification E-mails" extension.
Thanks
It's OK
Glad to hear all issues have been resolved!
Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions or concerns!
