I'm dealing with the same! It keeps asking me for my Envato purchase code but I purchased via your Amelia website.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
I just checked the settings for this ticketing platform, and everything seems to be configured fine here.
I've reached out to our developers and the platform's support team, so hopefully, it will be resolved soon.
In the meantime, please feel free to open PRIVATE pre-purchase tickets and paste your purchase codes in there so we can verify them.
