The recently added busyness feature is not entirely correct I think. We have 2 days (June 24 and June 25) which both had 10 possible timeslots. For each of these days there is only 1 time slot available, the other 9 are booked. So for both of these days the busyness is currently (9/10), however the "amount of busyness colour" on these days is not equal. In attachment the screenshots to illustrate this.
Second, when a day is fully booked, it looks exactly the same as a "closed" day. Is it possible to change this? Either making a fully booked day visually distinct from a closed day, or make a fully booked day clickable and instead of displaying possible timeslots display "This day is fully booked"?
Looking forward to your response
Greetings
Ilse
PS I do have a Pro License, but I got the error that my purchase code is not in a valid format, so that's why I needed to add this support ticket to the pre-purchase questions
The only service (currently) with availability on 24th and 25th is the "Brandend Huis (50min - 2 tot 4 spelers)" room on "PreConge - Waregem" location, but it shows different busyness correctly:
There are 4 more slots on the 24th, and 6 more slots on the 25th:
At the moment, there's no way to display a fully-booked day differently. Essentially, there are no time slots available, and this dictates the display of the field. Amelia can't look for "closed" and "fully booked" days - it can't tell a difference between them.
I'll forward this to our developers, so maybe they can change it in the future, but at the moment, it can't be done.
The situation I send was from a couple of days ago when only one service (Commandocentrum) was available. At that moment the sevice Brandend Huis could not yet be booked. Extra services have been booked by customers in the meantime, and te situation is not the same anymore as a couple of days before.
I can't quite understand if by "the situation is not the same anymore as a couple of days before" you're saying that the issue is no longer present, or that it's still there but different?
Most likely it was some leftover cache on your website that was cleared in the meantime, or you reconfigured something. I can't say, but with the issue resolved, I can't even guess.
I tried to replicate the issue on our other site, and there it is clearly visible. We have 2 exact same days, with both days having 3 possible time slots for only 1 service (to make the example not to complicated). We made the days available using the special days for the employee 'Ilse'. Both days have 2 booked appointments and one available.
You can clearly see that the busyness does not match, however, for both days the business is currently 2/3.
The bug must have something to do with the time of the appointments, if the time of the appointments on both days is exactly the same there is no difference in busyness, if the time of the appointments is however different for both days the busyness is not the same (but should be).
I will send you login credentials and a capture of the problem in a private message.
I hope they'll have enough time to fix it for our next update, but I can't promise you that. It should be released in about 2 weeks, but they are still finishing up with previous tasks created for this update, so if they finish those on time, they'll most likely include the fix.

I'm looking here. Is that the correct URL?

Hi Aleksander
Indeed the issue is no longer present on our website, but is was there so it might be a bug somewhere?
Kind regards
Ilse
Hi again Ilse.
Bugs don't solve themselves, so I doubt that

Hey Ilse
That's great troubleshooting, thanks for doing that!
I was able to replicate the issue locally and I forwarded it to our developers so they can fix it for our upcoming updates.
Thank you once again!
