Hi, i have a problem with the Amelia plug in usage. When i book appointments for example if my appointments are 9-9:30, 9:30-10:00, 10:00-10:30 and i book an appointment for 10:00 the other ones before are not showing and cannot be selected.
Also when i select 1 slot of the time it takes up 2 slots ( meaning that if i select the 9:30-10:00 slot then the 9-9:30 won't be available too).
Also in the back-end for the employees when i select new appointment it is glitching and not synchronize the available appointment
is there any setting i need to change or is it just glitching?
If a service lasts 30 minutes, and booking an appointment at 10:00 blocks surrounding time slots, you may have configured buffer times in the service, and they aren't being displayed on the front-end, but are being included in the appointment duration.
Another option is that your services last more than 30 minutes, but the Default Time Slot Step in Amelia's General Settings is set to 30 minutes, so you see time slots offered every 30 minutes when, in reality, once an hour-long appointment is booked (for example), it blocks surrounding time slots so the previous and the following appointment can fit into that duration.
There are no glitches in Amelia, it all depends on your setup. Can you please record your screen and show me the issues you're facing?
Yes thank you very much i had to change the buffer time.
I wanted to also ask if it is possible for the extra services to not take up time from the slots of the appointments and all be together in one slot ( i want an appointment of mine to be 30 minutes and an extra service that takes 5 minutes to not take the next slot available)
We are happy to see that our advice resolved the initial issue with the buffer times.
2. In regards to this question, sorry but it is not possible to not extend the appointment time,
if you set up the "Extra" to have a duration.
When we set the "Extra" to last 5 minutes, there is no way to avoid including it as actual time that takes up booking.
But, you can remove the duration from this "Extra" , and just set up a label or a description on it to indicate that it takes 5 minutes.
Let us know if that can work for your use-case.

And for the future,
when you have multiple questions or issues which are for different subjects/topics,
please open a new ticket for each subject, and we will help/advise more effectively.
In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other users or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket for the reasons described already.

it only has the 30min option and above. Do i need to change something?
Hi, Nikos.
Sorry for the waiting time.

1. For changing the available times in our plugin, you will find the default time step in Amelia General settings.
2. For removing the duration from existing Extras, i recorded a Video to show you, there is a little "x" symbol that can be used :

Let me know if that helps.
