We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi, Daniel.
Our plugin is being tested on PHP version 8.1.13 on our Development Testing, and we can confirm that the plugin is optimized up to that version, there are no functionality issues,
just some warnings and notices are possible to happen if you have WP DEBUG enabled.
But if you disable WP DEBUG for a production version of a site, you should not have any issues in regards to the functionality of the plugin.
-
That being said, there are some other plugins that are still not ready for PHP 8 or higher,
so depending on the combination of other plugins you might be using on the site,
we advise caution because it is possible to get a conflict from other plugins if they are still not optimized for said versions.
It is always best to make a backup of the site before updating the PHP version ( For example we use the Duplicator Plugin for backups);
We will certainly be here to help if you encounter any issues.
Let me know if that makes sense and if you have any questions. Thank you
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
