I made a salesfunnel through wich a customer clicks on a FB ads, gets takent hrough our WP form, and when that form is filled in the customer gets redirected to a page with an Amelia form where they can book in a digital appointment for a free demo.
We noticed that the loading of the Amelia form is going pretty slow:
That's a bit strange, but it seems to be coming from Elementor as there's an arrow pointing down which disappears when there's an action on the screen.
I sent this to our developers so they can check and I'll get back to you as soon as I hear from them.
Our developers confirmed this is coming from elsewhere. Not from Elementor, but from WP Rocket. There's a lazy-load script that doesn't load all data on a mobile device until there's an action on the screen (scroll or click).
Please check WP Rocket settings for mobile devices and see if you can turn this off.
Hi,
I made a salesfunnel through wich a customer clicks on a FB ads, gets takent hrough our WP form, and when that form is filled in the customer gets redirected to a page with an Amelia form where they can book in a digital appointment for a free demo.
We noticed that the loading of the Amelia form is going pretty slow:
https://tattoogenda.com/booklivedemo/?preview_id=15328&preview_nonce=cb37e027af&preview=true
and also the other amelia form on our homepage:
https://tattoogenda.com/artists-home/
Is there something we can do about the performance? Most leads click away from that page even before the form is loaded fully.
thanks,
sandy
I wanted to add: when you visit the page on mobile, Amelia doesn't even start loading until the user scrolls.

What can i do to trigger loading immediatly? and not after scrolling.
Hello Sandy,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The slow load can be caused by a lot of things - the number of appointments you have, the number of customers, the number of employees, etc.
Other than Amelia, it could be caused by the amount of other data you have on the page.
Are you on a dedicated, or on a shared hosting? Can you increase the php_memory_limit on your site?
If you're not sure how to do that, you can reach out to your hosting provider.
Please check out our demo sites and see how the plugin should behave on a site with dedicated hosting and good server performance.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi Uros,
Thanks for your reply.
But what about the loading only after scrolling? see my reply to my first message.
thx,
sandy
Hey Sandy.
That's a bit strange, but it seems to be coming from Elementor as there's an arrow pointing down which disappears when there's an action on the screen.
I sent this to our developers so they can check and I'll get back to you as soon as I hear from them.
