Can you please tell me which events you're having issues with, and provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I tried simply saving one event, and it did take 5 minutes for it to offer the option "Edit only this one or following events too". So, it's really slow, I agree, but that could most likely be coming from the number of events that you have or from the hosting/server memory. This site is not on shared hosting, is it? How much RAM do you have?

Also, can you please record a video showing me what needs to be done on the front-end? I took a look at this page and it all loads normally. I need to know what you're trying to do in order to replicate it.

After inspecting the issue through the console, this was returned as an error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/Repository/Booking/Event/EventRepository.php on line 692

This indicates that the memory (of roughly 268MB) is exhausted so much that Amelia can't use 8192 bytes (0.008192MB) to even cancel the events.

Can you reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to increase the memory (RAM) to at least 512MB?
