The front end Employee times are not updating to what is saved in the backend.
On the front end customers are able to book appointments up to 7pm on a Sunday when the the last appointment finshes at 5pm on the employee’s working hours(Alvechurch Dog Park) in the backend
I have checked the timezone and it’s all set to London where we are located
If you created your employees before you configured Global Working Hours, those employees picked up the Company’s working hours which come as default with the plugin (09:00 – 17:00).
Employees can have different working hours than those of the company, so to configure availability for your services, you need to configure the working hours of employees assigned to those services. Employees’ working hours override the company’s working hours. To set them up, you need to go to the “Employees” section, select the employee, and configure their schedule from the “Work Hours” tab.
Many thanks and I understand how the employees work hours are updated and have previously changed them here each season to suit but for some reason this week the front end is now not updating the changes for the Employee new summer work hours
If the issue is not coming from the working hours, maybe it's coming from the time zone?
Since Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, it inherits the time zone from WordPress. If your time zone is in UTC+/- format, please change it by selecting the city near you. Also, please check if you enabled "Show bookings in customer's time zone" in Amelia's General settings.
If you are in a different time zone than your WordPress site is, and you've enabled this option, the times on front-end will show available time slots in your time zone, which will be the time you set in back-end +/- the time difference (depending on where you are in regards to the time zone set in WordPress' General settings).
If that doesn't help, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
