On my new page (URL), the ameliaevents block shows ok on the desktop, but does not show at all on the Android mobile. I work with DIVI (current version) and Amelia 6.3.1. The visibility in not disabled in the DIVI settings. Tried several configurations on the ameliaevents (all events, specific events...) - all the same. Have already emptied all caches (browser, varnish...). Never had this problem in the past.
It seems that I need to be logged in to see the page, since I see this:
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thanks for reverting. In the meantime, I have found a work-around: created a completely new page using a custom templete (in Divi Theme Builder) with a custom body instead of the default template. This has done the magic, the block now shows on all devices.

Hi Aleksandar
Thanks for reverting. In the meantime, I have found a work-around: created a completely new page using a custom templete (in Divi Theme Builder) with a custom body instead of the default template. This has done the magic, the block now shows on all devices.
So, for me case closed. Sorry for bothering.
Thank you for letting me know, Benno.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions or concerns!
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
