I have 2 users who lost the Outlook integration option for their employee profile. Also, if I click to add employee, there is no option for Outlook integration. My other users are ok. If I try to duplicate a working employee, the duplicate record does not have Outlook integration.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Along with that, can you please provide me with the phpMyAdmin access and I will assist you with this?
It would be great to know the solution, because my customer has the same problem. If i create a new user i get the Outlook sign option. But for existing users it's not working - the Outlook sign option is missing and i sign out is not visible/possible.
Our developers are working on permanently fixing it.
Basically, what we do when an employee was connected, then loses the button for Calendar on their profile;
In the WordPress database, there is one of the Amelia tables,
if you are familiar with any database manager tool such as PhPMyAdmin, you can find it,
( or you can use an easy plugin called WP phpMyAdmin) ,
and delete all the rows from this table : wp_amelia_providers_to_outlook_calendar.
( the wp_prefix is default Wordpress prefix, your tables probably have a different prefix, but you can easily recognize it, all tables have the same one)
And then on the right side, if you see any rows here - this is for employees that were previously connected;
simply delete the rows of the table, save the change;
And the issue should completely go away.
After that, you should be able to re-connect all employees to their Outlook calendars, and this should not happen again.
Let us know if that helps.
If not, please open a new, Private ticket, and we can check this for your remotely, we will just need remote access to your WP-Admin, so you can send us URL with Admin credentials, but it is important to send a Private message for security reasons.
I am delighted to hear that this has been resolved. Thank you for letting us know. Anything else that we could assist with, please don't hesitate to create new tickets.

Hi, it also happened to me. Thank you for providing the answer here, and not only in private message.
It's an easy fix if you know where to look for!
