Dear Amelia support,
We, from Naaierij, are really happy with your plugin but at the moment something bad and weird is happening. It isn't possible for our customers to login to book an appointment with us. I really don't know how I can solve this problem. We really need help, because so nobody can come to our classes. Please can you help us?
What happens?
- When the customer want to book a class they can go to the login page and get a link to their account when they fill in their email address.
- When the email is received they click on the link, but they are redirected to the login page with the exact same question again. So they won't enter their account, but will be in a loop of redirecting and filling in their email address.
Can you please help me?

Please access Amelia/Notifications and scroll down to open the "Customer Panel Access" email template.
In there, click on "link" to see what's behind it. If there's a URL to the Customer Panel page - that's the problem, like this:

You need to click on "Edit" and to replace the URL with the %customer_panel_url% placeholder, like this:
This will generate a unique token, append it to the URL and allow your customers to log into the panel.
