With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.

What happens when the appointment has been canceled after payment has been made?
Suppose the client has booked an appointment through the website by making a payment, then he wants to cancel it, or the company wants to cancel it. Will the client who made the payment for the appointment get a refund?

Amelia doesn't yet have the auto-refund functionality. Our developers are working on it and it should be included in the near future, but I don't have an ETA on that yet.
At this time, you'd need to locate the transaction in your payment engine's portal and manually issue a refund.
