I would like to know if there is an option to display the slots available of any service, without having to choose between the team.
For exemple, if I choose service=1, can I display only the calenday with the available slots for service 1? And so. with all services.
When I use [ameliabooking service=1] , it necessarily asks to choose a team member for that particular service. I want to skip that step, and display the available slots of all the team members.
I was wondering though if it is possible to have it as an option. What I mean is that clients can choose whether they can select the employee or select "any therapist" and see all the slots available.
Yes, I'm using the older 1.0 form because I'm having an issue with the 2.0 version (it's not displaying since I have WP Rocket installed. I'm seeing that on another ticket, with Marko)
I see what you mean. Yes, that is the default behaviour in Amelia.
1. In regards to the issue with the Step 2.0 Form, we are going to do our best to help you resolve this as quickly as possible, i personally believe that the new Forms are much better than the old ones.
We will follow up on the other ticket about that.
2. For the Old 1.0 Form, you have set the Employee selection to be mandatory, i notice that "asterisk",
so this is forcing customers to pick one of the employees, it does not allow them to leave this 'unselected'.
If you go in Amelia Customize, choose Step 1.0 Form, and go in the little pen to edit the Employee selection,
disable the "mandatory" option, and customers will be able to leave the Employee selection blank, which is the same as "Any Employee".
Then they will see the schedule from all employees combined, then Amelia assigns a random one who is available at their chosen time.
3. For the New 2.0 Form ( once we fix it),
In Amelia Customize/Choose Step 2.0 Form, then on the right side choose the first Step/Service and Employee selection, go to Options, and here also make sure to have it not mandatory.
You can also change the input placeholder label easily in the New Form, from "Select employee" to "Any Employee" or anything else if you wish, if that might help.
I am delighted to hear that this has been resolved. Thank you for letting us know. Please don't hesitate to create new tickets if anything else comes up that we could assist with.

Of course, we will still check in with our 2nd level Team about the other case,
and going to inform you on your other open ticket as quick as possible.

It works fine.
