I've created an event that allows the user to upload an attachment when registering. In the notifications section, I see where the placeholder for the attachment can be added to the email (%custom_field_1%). However, when I send a test registration from the front end, I receive the emails just fine, but don't actually receive a link to view the attachment. I know that I can view the attachment by editing the attendees, but that seems a bit clunky. Am I missing something? Solution to receive a link to the attachment?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Are you testing this as an employee or as a customer?
Viewing the attachment is only for the employees who have a WordPress user (Amelia Employee user role) linked with the employee.
This is because the attachment is uploaded in ../wp-content/uploads/ folder, so only users who have access to WordPress roles can see these attachments.
