We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

My business has 3 team members, it's unclear how to best structure our Amelia booking form. We operate a video booth business. We have two sets of equipment, and two completely different service areas (Kentucky and Florida).

When a client books our services, we travel to their event, setup our equipment, and work from that location. Because of this, we don't have a consistent physical location.

Right now we have the booking form set up like this:

    • Employees: Instead of employee names, I changed the label to reflect the team that covers each service area) So instead of choosing an employee, our clients choose the (Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee) service area (or the Central Florida) service area that covers their event
    • Location: (Hanson, Ky and Sanford, FL) Created, but hidden.

This arrangement is not working with our calendar integration. The calendar generates the addresses of our hidden locations instead of the location of our clients' events (I added this as a custom field). What is the best way to work around this? Should we adjust our settings? our booking form fields? or should we do something else? I'm lost.

I would assume event photographers, wedding photographers, etc. would have the same issue. Businesses who provide a service and travel to their clients' locations.
