Conditional Dropdown Search Filters

    Hi there.

Is it possible on WPdatatables to make drop-down boxes conditional on each other?

So for example if you have two columns, one called country and the other called city, is it possible that if you select Japan for example that only cities in Japan rather than cities in other countries will then show in the cities drop down? Anne if you select Germany, then only cities in Germany will show in the 2nd dropdown filter?

The data set is based on a single table in a database.

    Thanks

    Hi, Damien.

Yes, we have a premium add-on that has Cascade Filtering, its logic works exactly as you described in your use-case.

    Please check more here.

Before purchase, you can test all plugin and Add-on features on our sandbox site.

And i just wanted to point out that you can try wpDataTables before purchasing

on our sandbox Demo sites ( you can find links for the main plugin Demo,

as well as add-on Demos, in my signature),

and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period,

so if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period. ( same goes for all plugins and add-ons)

Let me know if you have any additional questions. smile.png
