We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

New zoom integration not working

    I have configured the new amelia integration with zoom with the Server to Server oAuth option, the problem I have is that the zoom user does NOT appear in the employee and for that reason the integration does NOT work.

    I have tried to create a new employee with the same zoom login email but the same thing always appears in the zoom section "No data"

    Hello Anais.

    This happens if you missed something when creating the new app. I faced the same issue because I forgot to add the scopes, so please go over these points:

    1. Make sure you're on the correct App:

    2. Under the "Information" step in Zoom, there are three mandatory fields:

    In the Basic Information section, you need to add the Company Name
    In the Developer Contact Information add your Name
    Also, in the Developer Contact Information, add your email address and click “Continue”.

    3. The "Feature" section can be skipped.

    4. Under "Scopes" step, you need to add the following scopes:

    • View all user meetings;
    • View and manage all user meetings;
    • View all user information;
    • View users’ information and manage users.

    Even though these scopes are listed in Zoom, copying and pasting “View all user meetings” (for example) won’t return any results, so just search for one keyword from the scopes above. In the previous example, searching for “meeting” returned the scope we want to activate.

    Also, once you select a certain scope, you can search for another one, and then for another one until all 4 are selected. Only then should you click on the “Done” button in the bottom right of the Scopes popup.

    5. Make sure that the app is activated in the "Activation" step.

    I'm attaching a short screen recording that may help you with this, but please let me know if you're still having issues with the integration.
