Hello, when a customer wants to book several dates for a course and he encounters the error message "The time slot is not available". Is there a way to find out which time slot exactly is blocking a booking? instead of testing all dates ???
Can you please update the plugin to v6.3.1 and test again?
It could be that you configured the booking limit per customer, and until v6.3.1 there was no way to differentiate if this is the cause of this error, or an actual time slot issue (which should not happen, by the way, unless another customer booked the same time slot a second before this customer did).
Please let me know how it works after updating to v6.3.1
Hello, I solved my problem. The problem came from the fact that my client (the site owner) was adding client appointments directly to his Google calendar, a calendar which is linked to AmElia. Which had created a problem with the reservation time and the buffer time.... and that's why this error message appeared.
The solution we found is to add the appointments directly via Amelia in the dashboard and not on the google calendar.
Thank you for the answer, I'll double-check with my client to see if this is happening to her, shes also using Google Calendar and scheduling stuff from outside of Amelia.

Hi,
I hope you are doing well. I'm having the same issue, my version is 6.3.1 as well. Any suggestions?
