When a booking is made for an employee for a certain period, why the whole day is showing as not available in (red)? It should only show not available for the booked time. Rest all times should show available. How to configure it?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
When we go on the site to check which Services you have,
we are not able to find any Amelia content on these pages.
We see there are some navigation pages from the main menu of the site that are called "services", but can't seem to find the Amelia Booking anywhere.

can you show us some screenshots or a Video, for some important points, such as :
1. What is the duration and if you set buffer times for this Service?
The buffer times will be added into the total duration of the time slot, so that needs to be checked.
2. Did you add Custom Durations available for the Service?
3. Show us the Working Hours, if you set Special Days or "Days Off" for this Employee
4. Did you assign one Employee to this Service, or you have multiple employees assigned to it?
5. Show us the Appointments Tab, and just select this Employee - if we understood, you just want to troubleshoot the available times of one specific Employee?
And confirm more details about the time period that is in question, is it a specific day that should be available, but is not, etc?
6. Is this Employee connected to any Calendar with synced Busy Slots, such as Google or Outlook Calendar,
and does the employee have some Busy Calendar Events for that particular day?
7. Check in the Amelia General Settings, show us a screenshot there, too.
If any screenshots or a Video has sensitive data, please mark Reply as Private, for security reasons.
