We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

(URGENT) Stripe + Paypal Payment Doesn't Work

    Hi there,

    I hope you're well.

    I'm contacting you because after configuring Stripe, payments doesn't work and we get the message " Désolé, il y a eu une erreur durant le traitement de votre paiement. Veuillez réessayer plus tard. " which means " Sorry, there was an error processing your payment. Please try again later. "

    Why does this happen and how can we remedy to this error quickly this is urgent please ?

    Hello Damian.

    I can't check out what the error is since you're using live payments, but please check out the video attached to my response, so you can try.

    Basically, when you get to the payment step, right-click and inspect the console. Switch to the Network tab and add your card details and try to pay.

    When it fails, you should see a red line, similar to the one shown in my screen recording. The error in my screen recording is that I'm using a test card in a live environment, but you should see a clearer error message, and hopefully the reason why it fails.

    Please copy and paste the PREVIEW and the RESPONSE results here, so we can see what's going on.

    If you see an error saying that credentials are incorrect, you will need to check the Live credentials on your Stripe account and make sure the correct credentials are added to Amelia as well.
