We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    potete da un'occhiata al mio sito, nella apposita pagina delle prenotazioni: https://www.douglasiapark.it/prenotazioni/


    Per un utente non è possibile inserire nel carrello di Woocommerce più di una singola prenotazione di Amelia. Perchè quando viene inserita una seconda prenotazione, la prima prenotazione, inserita in precedenza, viene rimpiazzata dalla seconda. Sarebbe comodo che la seconda prenotazione si aggiungesse alla prima, rispettando la classica funzionalità di un carrello. In questo modo i miei clienti sono costretti a dover pagare ogni prenotazione singolarmente, facendo incidire sui miei guadagni le tasse fisse di ogni sistema di pagamento, oltre che avendo un esperienza di navigazione molto scomoda.

    Come posso fare a risolvere questo problema?

    Hello peppy.

    Please note that the official support language is English, and we have to use Google Translator to try and understand other languages. Since a lot can be lost in translation, we apologize in advance if we misunderstood some segments of your message, and we also ask you to please translate your future messages to English.

    The integration works this way, and it doesn't accept more than one product if an Amelia product is present. There's a possible workaround, though.

    Please note that this hasn't been thoroughly tested, but a few of our customers have confirmed that it works as expected.

    Please access this script: ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/WP/Integrations/WooCommerce/WooCommerceService.php and comment line 604, in the "addToCart" method:

    $wooCommerceCart->remove_cart_item($wc_key);

    This should allow you to add more than one appointment to the cart.
