Ok AFTER a week on this with tech support on our server and also trying all your methods and waiting 5 days again for help we STILL CANNOT GET REMINDERS TO WORK!
I even chatted to wordpress devs and they agree AMELIA HAS A REAL ISSUE WITH THIS!
We're sorry to hear you're having issues with the cron jobs, but please note that cron jobs are not Amelia's functionality. They are scheduled tasks executed by the server (or a plugin) depending on the command entered. Amelia only contains a command that queues a task (notification) to be sent at a specific time. It has absolutely no impact on actual cron jobs on your site.
As you can see in this video, configuring scheduled notifications is rather easy if there is nothing blocking the execution of a command. I don't know what WordPress developers you spoke with, that have insight into Amelia's code, but we have cron jobs on our servers that have been configured since this feature was implemented, and they never failed. Moreover, whenever we receive complaints similar to yours, we perform tests all over again, to confirm there's nothing wrong with Amelia's command.
I see you have another ticket open (https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3376485/) and I'll respond there in more detail.
As soon as I hear back from our developers, I'll get back to you. I told them this is critical, so hopefully, they'll be able to find out what's going on soon.
The appointment follow-up notification is supposed to just have the timeAfter column, not time. However, it has both. You should remove time, or give us access to the database if you need our help to change it.
I'm not sure how this happened, but instead of having "NULL" in the majority of notifications in the database (in the "time" column of the "wp_amelia_notifications" table), there were times defined. Most of them had 00:00:00, but the one that caused the issue had 03:00:00.
We're not aware how this happened, since it never happened before. Our developers are trying to replicate the issue locally, so they can include a fix (if there is a problem on our end), but as of now, they haven't reported anything.

Hey Peter.
I checked the "Appointment Follow Up" email template, and there's a class that should be hidden for this template:
This is what it looks like on our end:
I'm not sure why you're seeing this "Scheduled For" drop-down, and I'll have to ask our developers.
Please keep the credentials active, so they can check this out.
I'll get back to you as soon as I hear from them.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

OK, Peter, the "Appointment Follow-up" email template should be fine now - without the Time section.
Please check it out and let me know if it looks ok on your end as well.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
