    Third message with ticket #3379602 - I believe I must purchase the Pro services to create multiple / package bookings. No need to reply. I have to move forward.

    That is correct, if you need the "Packages" feature, you need to purchase Amelia Pro license.

    Does Amelia interface with Icegram?  If not, which email blast and CRM platform works best with Amelia.

    yet again I have customer questions and hear from no one - I am about ready to cancel my services. I have tried for one hour to customize the color scheme of the calendar (which is included in the package) and it did not work -

    I have not been able to move forward today - this is not acceptable - I get the company is based in Europe but in this day of technology people should be available in all time zones

    Hello Deborah.

    I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the speed of our response, but we do have working hours, and they are from 08:00 - 17:00, CEST. We are not a large company that has the ability to hire multiple support agents, so we can provide support 24/7. We're moving toward that, but it simply isn't possible right now.

    Each of our agents responds to around 100 tickets each day, without prioritizing anyone. We understand that the issues you're facing are critical to you, but the reality is that there are other customers that posted their responses before we reach your ticket. We go through tickets in the order in which they are received (or responded to), and we're doing our best to reach everyone within 1 day. Sometimes that simply isn't possible due to the number of tickets that we have, and we apologize for that.

    Admins and Amelia Managers can book appointments from the back-end without charging the customer. If you need the customer to pay online (and you configured online payments), you can include Payments from Links and include those in the email templates that are sent to your customers.

    Each booking form has a different "Customize" section. The new forms are separated into "Step-by-Step Booking Form 2.0", "Catalog Form 2.0", and "Booking Forms 1.0":

    Customization sections for "Step-by-Step Booking Form 2.0" and "Catalog Form 2.0" are self-explanatory, but the "Booking Forms 1.0" includes all old Service-booking forms and both Event-booking forms. The global colors you configure in "Booking Forms 1.0" will also be applied to the Customer and the Employee panels. This is the "Booking Forms 1.0", and you can see the menu where you can select the form you're customizing:

    If the colors you applied are not seen on the front-end, please make sure to purge all cache on your website and check again.

    If you're still facing issues, please show me how you configured the form in the back-end, and what you see in the front-end. Also, please provide me with the page where I can see the form.

    The size of the form can't be changed but it is responsive and it depends on the size of the container it is in. You can take a look at our demo websites, and this is the default size of Amelia's forms. If yours is smaller, or it doesn't show everything seen on our demo sites, please inspect the container the form is added to.

    We don't have an integration with Icegram, nor do we have an official integration with any CRM at the moment. You can use Zapier integration to connect to MailChimp, as shown in this video. The video is older, but it still checks out, and we have customers using MailChimp with Amelia without issues.
